Inventra is an inventory app for businesses. This policy explains what data we process, why we use it, and how you can request access, export, or deletion.
Data we process
- Account data: name, email, profile photo, and authentication provider.
- Business data: business name, branches, warehouses, users, roles, and settings.
- Operational data: products, SKUs, barcodes, inventory, movements, sales, purchases, customers, suppliers, reports, and audit logs.
- Files: product images, logos, purchase documents, evidence, and exports.
- Technical data: platform, app version, errors, performance, and logs needed for security.
How we use data
We use data to provide the service, synchronize inventory, generate reports, enforce roles, prevent abuse, provide support, and improve the app.
Services
The app uses Firebase and Google Cloud services for authentication, database, storage, backend functions, hosting, monitoring, and notifications. Web payments may be processed by Stripe and mobile purchases by official app stores or RevenueCat.
Security
We use authentication, security rules, server-side validation, audit logs, and business/role-based access controls.
Retention and deletion
We keep data while the account or business is active and as needed for legal, support, and security purposes. You can request export or deletion at support@alekla.com.
